The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions. It's just a short walk to the Theatre or Concert Hall, perfect for those attending a show or concert. the hotel is also conveniently located on a tram route, providing a quick and easy commute into the city centre.

Great location, close to all the main attractions and public transport. Staff were friendly and welcoming. No issues with checking in and the room was spacious with comfortable bedding. the bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water. the breakfast was a reasonable price and had a variety of options.

The noise level was high at night, making it difficult to sleep. Housekeeping was not up to par, with dirty floors and used towels not replaced daily.

Additionally, the hotel had its own car park, which was a great bonus and saved me from any parking hassles.

The hotel lacked upkeep. The room was not cleaned properly, there were no toiletries in the dispenser, and the curtains did not fully close allowing light in.
